Pre-race routine:

Went to bed bout 10ish. Made mistake of leaving cell phone volume on high. Brother in Vegas decides to call at 9 his time.. yeah thats midnight here..I thougt the roof was coming down. once settled from that got up at 415. Rode w/ parrj to race bourt 45 min drive. Set up and Jammed to Trick Daddy-Tuck dat ice in.
Event warmup:

Light stretch... quick dip..better stretch and chat w/ BT peeps to waste the 35 min I had to wait till my turn.

Swim...need to find better place to train
