 Comments: good ride. race resutls say 57:16--that's including transistion, so i am using what my garmin and bike computer say as actual bike time.. hillier than i remember. not really a flat place on the route. i think i did really good at taking advantage on the down hill...need to work on hill recovery getting back up to speed What would you do differently?: wear sunglasses--need to get some that are not tinted for cloudy days ![]() Transition 2

                                        Warm down: stretching Event comments: some good give aways at the awards ceremony...no mic so it was hard to hear. post race meal is salad and chicken--salad just isn't a very appitizing for me after running a hot race. maybe more bagels.
