Comments:

Goggles filled with water within 15 seconds. I adjusted them about 6 times. Finally I just swam with water in them. My wetsuit it too tight on the shoulders. I won't use it again!

I felt really good the first three miles. I had to run/walk for a while and the last three miles I could only walk. My calves cramped up. lol Guess I should of had training run a little further! Only the second time in my life that I ran over 10 miles!!!!
What would you do differently?:

Train with farther runs! ( or just do sprint tris!)
