Comments: It was a nice run. We tried going with a group, but my cadence is too slow and then it only frustrates!! so we left the group and went on our own. The group was actually going too slow, but it was good to get some rest in and keep going. What would you do differently?: Go to the toilette before the time!!!!! ![]() Post race
Warm down: We walked around the relaxation area for some time. It was good, but the chaffing in my buttocks did not cease. Did some stretches. And ate a meaty sandwich. Ate some Pronutro and sat on the tiolet for 10 minutes for the important stuff.
We walked to the start. Did not really warmed up, but we started slow. 9min per km.
