Comments: I wanted to see where I was fitness-wise this year. Tried to keep an 8 minute mile all the way and kearn how to pace myself better...did well in that dept. and was not wiped out afterwards. What would you do differently?: I will push hardwer next time and try to get sub 8 for my next 5k Post race
