Comments: Run felt extremely good. Pretty sure I negative splitted miles 2 & 3, but since the course wasn't marked, I have no way to be sure. Just put my head down and ran. Definitely helped my mental demons to actually be familiar with the course from previous races. What would you do differently?: Not a dang thing.... Post race
Warm down: Walked around, got a snack, then went to car to sit in the warmth while I waited for DH to finish his 1/2-mary. What limited your ability to perform faster: mental demons, as always Event comments: Always love the Callaway Fitness Series. Plan on doing as many of them this year as able. No warm up. Stood huddled in the freezing weather waiting for the race to start.
