Comments: Wow I hit the wall here. I had a half bagel and a 200 calorie drink before the race and had a PB&J i was going to eat on the bike. Well....I forgot to tape it to my bike. So i did this race on about 500 calories. So when i was about 2 miles into the run i had no fuel let and i just couldn't hardly go. I walked many times, and i have never walked in a race in my life. It was an awful run with cramps and no energy. I was thinking i was going to run between 50-60 minutes. Well that didn't happen. I guess i will learn next time to make sure my sandwitch is there and ready to go. What would you do differently?: Eat more. Post race
