Comments: Felt ok, but not as good as could have been. Had one guy quite a bit faster adn drafted when possible off him, and another guy I never saw again after the start. What would you do differently?: not sure Transition 1
Comments: transition went really well. liked leaving shoes on bike and putting them on during the ride. What would you do differently?: nothing Bike
Comments: good bike ride. Had bottle of gatorade on back which I drink most of. two scoops of mix to a bottle What would you do differently?: not sure Transition 2
Comments: shoes were tougher to get on as feet were still wet What would you do differently?: Yanks Run
Comments: This is still my weakness and needs attention. I would be a medal contender if I could get my run times down. Saying that! I averaged about a minute per mile better than last year!! Still needs work though. Post race
Warm down: walked and talked, drank a gatorade and ate an orange. After a bit I showered and felt good. What limited your ability to perform faster: RUNNING Event comments: I really like this race. This was my 3rd year and have really enjoyed all of them. The director, staff, and volunteers do a top notch job. I would and have recommend this race to anyone! Sorry I missed the BT meeting. I had bike issues in the transition area. I was really hoping to meet some fellow BTers in person. May have to check into the temporary tattos. Not even sure if they are selling them this year.
