terrible breathing in waves - learned how to breath after wave rolled over my head. navigation very challenging. much room for improvement. very choppy conditions.

learn from experience and move on - would continue to go out strong to first buoy played that well

first triathlon - lots of rookie errors

terrible swim - need lots of open water experience

Event comments:

I thought it was a blast and proud that I trained and completed it with ease physically - motivated because I did well and have tons of room to improve. Excited first time ever broke 9 minutes in run.
