Comments: The run course was ok, the Houston course is prettier. What would you do differently?: wear warmer clothes Post race
Warm down: ate a granola bar, and some soup, had some water and powerade, watched for Tammy at the finish line, and walked around to stretch. What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing, I am happy with my time. Event comments: There were no finisher shirts, that sucked! Everything was outside, and it was sooooo cold. Woke up at 4:30, had some accelerade and a bagel with strawberry jam and peanut butter. Immediately before the race I had a powerbar. We drove to the race.
After we got to the parking area, we had about a 1 mile walk to the start line.
