Pre-race routine:

Late race strt (10 am) So got up early for some pancakes 5 hours before the race. Got dressed and went out for a 1.5 mile warmup jog. Relaxed for awhile and started the drive to the race. Sipped on some gatorade during the drive down.

None except the early morning jog.

Comments:

Less than a minute better than the HM I did in sept. Not to happy with that but the course was hiller and the wind was greater for this race. I still die on the hills, but I never walked.
What would you do differently?:

Need more tempo runs so I can push the LT pace more.

Event comments:

Small race so didn't know what to expect, but overall well organized with a low entry fee so didn't expect that much either.
