Pre-race routine:

Bed at 21.00. Eat a good carbo dinner. Get up early the day before so i am tired for the night before.
Event warmup:

Good stretching all week. 10 mins of every event the day before to stretch out and make sure everything is working ok.

Got in behinde someone on th 2nd third of race. Did very little as the drafting was excellent. Pushed the last 500m. felt great. Almost a perfect race for current ability.

Great Transition. 75th in total. Praactice makes perfect. Dont wear any socks on bike in future only on run.

NEVER EVER GO ON A LONG RACE LIKE THSI WITHOUT CO2 GAS AND SPARE TUBE. Lost 28-32 mins on this as a rsesult. Was out of the race at one stage. NO.1045 was my hero. God bless him.
