Comments: Great Transition. 75th in total. Praactice makes perfect. Dont wear any socks on bike in future only on run. What would you do differently?: very little. Bike
Comments: NEVER EVER GO ON A LONG RACE LIKE THSI WITHOUT CO2 GAS AND SPARE TUBE. Lost 28-32 mins on this as a rsesult. Was out of the race at one stage. NO.1045 was my hero. God bless him. What would you do differently?: BRING REPAIR GEAR IDIOT. Transition 2

Bed at 21.00. Eat a good carbo dinner. Get up early the day before so i am tired for the night before.
Good stretching all week. 10 mins of every event the day before to stretch out and make sure everything is working ok.
