Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 6:30 and got changed. Did eat breakfast because I was still so full from dinner the night before. We ate Carraba's at like 9:30 at night. Drove over to the Wide World of Sports.

Warm down:

Got our picture taken, walked around and tried to cool down. It got hot running with you helmet on and I thought I may puke. Took a shower "hosed off" and walked back to the car to change.
