Comments: Great run for me, goal was 7min. miles, ran 50 seconds under goal, used this race to see where i was at What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race
Warm down: ran 1.5 miles easy around 9:30 pace went inside and streched and had pizza and tomato soup. What limited your ability to perform faster: Wind, I actually felt good and took might gloves off despite 7 degree wind chill Event comments: great race well very well put on, was cold to start but warmed up after mile one.
