Two biscuits with jelly, left house at 6:20 am about an hour drive
Event warmup:

ran 3/4 mile, very cold wind chill around 6 degrees, took a power gel and drank 8oz of cytomax

Great run for me, goal was 7min. miles, ran 50 seconds under goal, used this race to see where i was at

Warm down:

ran 1.5 miles easy around 9:30 pace went inside and streched and had pizza and tomato soup.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Wind, I actually felt good and took might gloves off despite 7 degree wind chill

Event comments:

great race well very well put on, was cold to start but warmed up after mile one.

ran fairly easy opening mile 6:50,mile two 6:55,6:49,6:32,7:01 felt good started to struggle around 4th mile, my first race in a while and only the second time I've ran outside
Course: Flat, wind in our face first mile, some slight down hills and up hills mile 3-4, good course well marked and blocked from traffic
