Swim
Comments: Only got caught by the second wave of men. Beat the women out of the water this time. still had a hard time keeping a high cadence in the water. i started breathing on every stroke. What would you do differently?: Better positioning for the start. so that i am not in the middle when all of the shit goes down. otherwise just keep working on a consitently strong stroke. Transition 1
Comments: My rack was knocked off so i had to pick my shit up off the ground. I still am loosing valuable time putting on socks. What would you do differently?: find a way to put socks on fast or not at all Bike
Comments: First race with aero bars. during slight downhills they really helped me go faster but i don't have the power to stay on them when it is perfectly flat or a slight rise. What would you do differently?: practice with aero bars more and concentrate on power. Transition 2
Comments: Fastest transition yet. Got in and got my stuff off fast and my shoes on just as fast. What would you do differently?: find a way to get off the bike faster as well as out of the shoes more efficiently Run
Comments: After the first mile i felt good. i was able to keep a good cadence. i felt really good right and the middle and only tapered off alittle towards the end. Post race
Warm down: I walked into the shade, drank some water and tried to not throw up. What limited your ability to perform faster: Inefficiency. poor stroke. not practicing my transition. not pacing myself from the beginning. Event comments: Very well organized race. Along with the rest of the series. Well marked and thoughtout. Last updated: 2007-02-24 12:00 AM

Walk through the transition since it was really long and confusing. I tried to take the pre-race dump but nothing happened.
Ran for about ten minutes before the race started.
