Too much Gatoraid. GI irritated a bit but no big problems.
Event warmup:

Rode 3 miles back to HAC. Stretched a bit then watched early heats. Forgot spare pair of running shoes- couldn't go for a jog. Felt ready.

First half mile was tight. One mile split was 7:38. Felt better in second mile and got tired in last 3/4 of a mile. Did pick up the pace a bit though. No Cramps this time!
