Comments: Good run - pushed a little. Was able to easily pass when I wanted to. Completely ran the hill, but didn't have enough left to sprint to the finish... as a result got passed by another age grouper who paced me the whole way.. ughh!! What would you do differently?: Less dinner ... take my fuel belt. Post race
Warm down: Pizza and tim hortons. Stretch at home. Bath. What limited your ability to perform faster: Gross stomach Event comments: Great fun.. well organized.
