was not able to warm up, got to transition area at 5:10 due to traffic issues - many were late, big rush, kind of stressful

wanted to pace myself due to previous injury to hamstring, i was ver cautious throughout the race

hard to say, i will have a better idea when my leg is completely healed

walked the majority of the race, hamstrings and knees were iffy, when i felt them start to strain i walked

The only real snafu was the traffic and parking situation. I am confident they will correct that int eh future
