Swim
Comments: Swim time included T2 which was a pretty big run after the bike. After the bike my arms were just dead when i got in the pool, also from being outside to going inside the pool area was wicked hot. Swam as fast as I could but i was dead, had to do breast stroke a couple of times because of all the people. What would you do differently?: More swimming in training. Its been a while, need to get back into it. Transition 1
Comments: T1 time included in bike time. Bike
Comments: Bike went well after the run, legs felt pretty good, overall went as fast as I could, havn't been out on the roads at all since last summer have been on a trainer all winter so it was good to get back on the road. What would you do differently?: Bike more on the road in the winter whenever I can, so i need to get winter bike stuff. Not drink crappy peach gatorade which made me sick after the swim, stick with water. Transition 2
Comments: T2 included in Swim time. Run
Comments: Good run, went out pretty fast with the crowd and probably the fastest I have run in a while so felt good, not a long distance so i pushed it more then i would have. Post race
Warm down: Walked around waited for results What limited your ability to perform faster: More swim training. Event comments: Good race for how small it is, had fun that is all that matters. Last updated: 2007-03-05 12:00 AM

Race was backwards, Run, Bike, Swim. Kind of freaked out because my pump broke, but I thought my tire was flat so I frantically changed my back tire then as I went to pump it out realized it was my pump. So after I got that fixed felt better, and then just set up area.
