Not able to get in one, had 3 1/2 hours between pre race meeting and swim heat time.

Lost a lot of time here...switched to running shoes (pedal cages), and threw on bike shorts and stuff...at least I didn't forget anything

Terrible. Had the worst side ache of my life...Tried to run through it but wouldn't have made it. Had to walk a MILE...that was very frustrating...but at least i can improve next time...right?

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Possibly some lack of bike to run transition, not knowing nutrition schedule, not training in HOT weather (20 degrees over normal for NE)

Event comments:

I liked it. For a first one, its excellent. I never felt THAT lost, and ppl are nice. Everyone is helpful and encouraging, fans, racers, and staff.
