Aimed to tumble turn the whole course and did a few but then bottled it and did my touch and go things.
What would you do differently?:

Got on bike and did shoes well at good speed. Pretty uneventful and quite slick.

Hearing a clanking I looked down, and somehow my pump had opened and slipped off the bracket and was hanging on by the velcro strap.
After convincing myself that I was better safe than sorry, I got off and sorted it out, then continued.
What would you do differently?:

Check bike more thoroughly in when setting up - lesson learned!

Put foot in trainer and calf cramped up. Stayed in cramp for what felt like 2 mins before it eased off. I've never felt anything like that before, totally out the blue.
Waited til it eased off a bit then tried to run but couldn't so DNF :(

Warm down:

Luckily Lisa, my wonderful massage therapist was right there to sort my spasmed muscle out right away. Bless her! She said if she could have hurdled the barrier to get to me in transition when she saw me go down, she would have!

Nice simple race, great to have lots of local people and club members there.
