Comments: First time I've ever run 4 miles straight. Most of my run training involves run/walk mixes. I felt pretty good despite the chill this morning. We walked thru one water station but ran the entire race. I finished strong and had enough gas for a push over the last 0.2 miles or so. What would you do differently?: Nothing--very happy with how I ran today Post race
Warm down: Walked around. Talked to John and Julio, got a Powerade and a banana. Left to go ride the Cane Creek bike course (17miles) What limited your ability to perform faster: Me--as usual. Pisses me off that I ran far better than I expected and still finished in the bottom 20% of the field. Event comments: You could tell this was the first race of the RFYL series.
