Comments: TRIPPED and fell going downhill around mile 3.5. Didn't realize I did it until I had got up and started running again. I got a little road rash, but just hands and knees. No blood stains on my new shoes. Still got a PR. What would you do differently?: Buy shorter or elastic laces for shoes. Make sure I do the timing chip right so I can prove my time. Post race
Warm down: Krispy Kreme donuts, green beer (not recommended) What limited your ability to perform faster: Shoe came untied even through a double knot. Laces are waaay too long.
