Did a light jog, then mostly stretching inside where it was nice and warm.

Comments:

The time is not very accurate as I was stuck in a huge pack of runners for at least the first mile, road were too narrow to pass at this time, thus I would have finished higher in my age bracket.
What would you do differently?:

Start closer to the front and pass sooner, although I was there for the fun of it and to just finish.

Warm down:

Walked another half mile down the lakefront. Light stretching.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Mass start of runners.

Event comments:

This was a short race to start the season. I am looking forward to getting more training in, especially in the run where I am needing it the most.
