Took really easy due to bike crash wound the previous weekend. Added sun screen & neosporn to wound areas. Went to bathroom,

Not have a nasty bike crash week before the race.

Comments:

Major problem here. Race mgmt said not to run with the number belt. I didn't some one borrowed mine (914) I was 915. Asked race mgmt what to do, and they took 5 min trying to figure out. Finally I just started running after giving my name to an official.
What would you do differently?:

Take the race belt with me. Never again will I do this.

Comments:

Fell apart on the run. Not enough water on bike, not enough bricks for training. Calf cramps at mile 7-8 which I was able to walk out, but not much speed after that.
What would you do differently?:

Bricks before race at the distances.

Warm down:

Landed at the events cermony, some stretching, but got a massage which saved me.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Fluids, not training enough with bricks.

Good race, will try again next year to beat this time.
