Suprisingly fast for how crappy I felt, started feeling lower ab pain the first quarter of a mile. Felt pain through whole race

What limited your ability to perform faster:

pain in ab, back pain on the bike

Event comments:

Warmer than last year, I didn't get enough sleep the night before, woke up late, still 3 minutes faster than last year, most in first run and transitions. Bike was tough due to wind and lack of training recently. Get it together for next year
