Comments: I followed Jeanne out and kept up until almost at the turn around. I worked a litte too hard early and was fading coming into the finish (even though it was down hill) What would you do differently?: More stretching time to get warmed up good. Post race
Warm down: Walked around a bit, got somethng to drink and eat then changed clothes to call splits for the 8K What limited your ability to perform faster: Training Event comments: This was a PR for me in the 5K.
