Comments: transition times were not measured so T1 is part of bike time, but approx 6 min. Horrible hill right out of transition, hard to clip in to 2nd shoe. Bike

Warm down: walk - stretch - eat What limited your ability to perform faster: not enough hill training. Event comments: No aid stations on Sprint bike course. Ate a bagel w/pb before leaving the house @ 3:45am and drank gatorade and water on the way there (1:45 drive). Found location, parked and verified where bike racks were and waited in the car for the sun to come up. Racked bike and setup transition area, got body marked.
water too cold for much warm up. Swam a few meters back and forth just before the start.
