Comments: Some knee pain about half way through, but worked it out by changing my pace slightly. What would you do differently?: not a whole lot Post race
Warm down: Walked to food! What limited your ability to perform faster: Knowing that this was a training race and I wasn't suppose to push it too hard. Event comments: Pleased with overall result considering I didn't expect much. Really did set out just to complete the distance for training. Felt really good most of the way and afterwards. get up damn early, eat my usual dry cereal and cup of coffee, 500ml water
drove to Fairmont to meet friends, walked to start, short jog to get somewhat warm
