Some knee pain about half way through, but worked it out by changing my pace slightly.

Walked to food!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Knowing that this was a training race and I wasn't suppose to push it too hard.

Event comments:

Pleased with overall result considering I didn't expect much. Really did set out just to complete the distance for training. Felt really good most of the way and afterwards.
