Pre-race routine:

Well, 12 hours before the race I nearly amputated mu index finger on my left hand. I don't think that will be normal race routine.

Got to the race and just tried to copy everyone else. Brian from BT found me, so that was nice to chit chat with another newbie.

Also, I was really nervous.

What would you do differently?:

The swim itself I am pretty happy with. I will try harder on the breathing and relaxing.

Ok, I am really upset at my run. I was spent at the run and did bad.
What would you do differently?:

Run better, drink more during the bike, spin out before transition.
