Comments: For first time it was OK. Very cold about 38 degrees coming out of the pool so I put on more clothes than I typically would. What would you do differently?: Practice laying out clothing and changing into cycling clothes. Bike
Comments: I felt satisfied with this part of the race. What would you do differently?: Next time I hope to have more time on the bike. January and February in Ohio is a lousy time to train and I don't own a trainer yet. Transition 2

Comments: I was pleased with my run. I just started running again in January after a 20 year hiatus. I was able to sprint (relative term) to the finish. Post race
Warm down: Light stretching. Finish cytomax, snack on peanuts and M&M's. What limited your ability to perform faster: Cold, inexperience. Event comments: Great first race.
