Comments: This race was horrible in my opinion. Every time I ran by a water station I was hoping for a poweraid or something but for the entire run I did not get any poweraid or anything for electro lights. By mile 10 my calf's started cramping badly I know it was because I was dehydrated and next time I'll be bring my own fluids so I can finish the race strong. What would you do differently?: Be more prepared with my own fluids. Post race
Warm down: The last 200 meters I pumped it out when I got thru to the finish I walked a bit and stretched. What limited your ability to perform faster: I believe the heat and not having enough fluids in my system.
