Comments: Started out strong. My first 7 miles were on pace for my goal time of 1:30:00. Best split was 6:11:05. After mile 7, I bonked hard. I ate and drank as much or more than normal, but it not seem to help. I drank 30 mL of Enervit every 15 minutes and a Gu at about 00:50:00 and 1:30:00. I drank 240 mL water at every water station. What would you do differently?: I don't know. Post race
