Pre-race routine:

Fetticini Alfredo with Chicken and Broccoli. Tried to go to bed early...no luck. Woke feeling rested and ready to race.
Event warmup:

Short slow run and streching. Ate Gu and nuun for breakfast.

Comments:

Started out strong. My first 7 miles were on pace for my goal time of 1:30:00. Best split was 6:11:05. After mile 7, I bonked hard. I ate and drank as much or more than normal, but it not seem to help. I drank 30 mL of Enervit every 15 minutes and a Gu at about 00:50:00 and 1:30:00. I drank 240 mL water at every water station.
What would you do differently?:

I don't know.

Warm down:

Carried to car and slept until Monday.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Unknown. Will talk to doctor on Monday or Tuesday.

Great race regardless of my experience.
