Up early, ciabatta ham and cheese. Drive to Eyemouth. Arrived far too early, drank 2 bottles of lucozade sport lite and a marathon

Maybe tried running a little more the start section was tough and I was going by my heart beat more than anything else!

My excess weight and lack of training! No tri suit

Lack of information, loss of my details, entry into the wrong race a lack of marshalls led to a confusion and worrying experience - not the best for my first tri!
