Swim
Comments: Wave start. Did my triathlon mad-dash into the water and TRIPPED!!! Got up and had to mad dash again. I still get nervous when I do OWS. Was doing breast most of the time to calm myself down. Then switch to free for the second half. The swim felt very long and water got choppy towards the end. No wetsuit. Water was nice and warm though. :) What would you do differently?: TRAIN MORE! Transition 1
Comments: Found Mimi (my cyclist). Unstrap the chip and put it on her ankle and off she goes! What would you do differently?: Hmm.. give her a kiss. NOT! Hahahaha. Bike
Comments: Mimi did very well. Not bad for a first timer riding a 30lb MTB! Transition 2
Comments: Amy (my runner) unstrap Mimi's chip and put it on her ankle. Run
Comments: I think Amy did very well! Post race
Warm down: FOOD TENT! Event comments: My teammates had a good time. Kept saying that we should do it again next time. Last updated: 2007-03-29 12:00 AM

Up by 430a. BF (who is doing a relay too) decided to carbo-load on pasta in the morning. Got to race site by 6am. Fortunately, the relay TA didn't get close down. The weather was cool and breezy. Perfect race day.
Swam with Brian, the swimmer for my bf's team. (His team did the oly and my team did the sprint.) I swam again before my start.
