Wake up at 4 and start getting the day underway. Breakfast of MetRx and poptarts and yogurt. Figure out that I had forgotten my front wheel at the house.

getting organized and out was pretty good. Did have a slight bit of drama just after starting trying to push the button on the bike computer.

The headwind on the outbound portion of the bike course was not a lot of fun. Launched both bottles I had in the bottle holders. Will need to find new cages to prevent this in the future.

good transition. was happy to get the run started. Need to do a little tweaking on the bike fit or the saddle, since I was a little saddle sore near the end of the ride.
