Comments: Started out at good pace, not fast...into wind took shorter strides, with wind longer strides, almost floating. Was able to push moderately hard to the finish. Thought the pace was great for my first race ever, not too hard not too easy. What would you do differently?: Probably hydrate better pre-race, though it wasn't that bad. Post race
Warm down: Walked around, ate bananas and drank gatorade What limited your ability to perform faster: more speed drills needed, but only been running for 2.5months Event comments: Good first race. Didn't stick arond long after the race, had to attend a soccer game. Last updated: 2007-04-04 12:00 AM
