Swimming was very weak! Chop and very little swimming training saw a time well below acceptable.

Event comments:

Due to work an injury I was not going to race this (although registered and paid for it 3 months prior. The 5 weeks leading up to it saw all raining and swimming training drop to once a week efforts, although 3 times a week biking was maintained. This was due to heavy work loads and illness. Overall happy considering these aspects. Have one month before next tri, so hope to see some solid improvements, especially in the swim and run
