What would you do differently?:

I just don't feel loosened up enough on these short runs. I was able to take it out relatively fast though, nice pace by the front runners.

Was able to really push the last 1/2 mile and passed two people within the last 1/4mile. No one passed me on the run.

Warm down:

Walked around, banana, gatorade, water.

Event comments:

No chip timing. Pre-race meeting done at the start line 5min before race. No dismount markers. Good bike course, except for riding on sidewalk, but not enough competitors to make it crowded. Run couse is a little boring.
