I found my gear fast and had it laid out well.
What would you do differently?:

Take the wet suit off first and then grabbed some fluids.

The bike course was well laid out. I was mmore confident on the bike then I initally expected especially since this ws my first triathlon.
What would you do differently?:

I owuld have pushed harder and been more aggresive about passsing. I need to work on power. Specifically incorporating ssssquats and lunges into my lifting routine.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

First time so I ws just trying to get through the race. No experince in open water swim limited performance. Taking off of wetsuit ws time heavy. Needed to be more aggresive in assing and pushing near the end of race. I also should have pushed harder on the run during the the second loop.

Event comments:

I can't say enough good things about this race. The staff was helpful the volunteer were great. All the triathletes were helpful and courteous.
