Pre-race routine:

4:00 AM - 2 Pieces of toast with peanut butter & honey, 1 Naked Fruit Green Machine drink. Multi-vitams and 1 cup of coffee.
5:30 AM - 1/2 bottle of Tri-Cocktail
6:45 AM - Power Gel

Had diffuculty getting into the groove on the swim. I felt the best the last 200 meters.

Felt really good on the bike. Stayed in the small ring on the first 2 hills, then stayed in the big ring for the rest of the loop. Really pushed it on the bike.

I felt pretty good on the run. I wish I would have pushed the pace a bit more after the damn. Last mile is tough on this course because of the hill.
What would you do differently?:

Push harder on the run.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I need to continue to get stronger on the run. As a non-natural running, training harder and smarter is going to be the only way to run faster. I need to work on the run after a hard bike training session.
