Comments: Had diffuculty getting into the groove on the swim. I felt the best the last 200 meters. Transition 1
Bike
Comments: Felt really good on the bike. Stayed in the small ring on the first 2 hills, then stayed in the big ring for the rest of the loop. Really pushed it on the bike. What would you do differently?: Nothing Transition 2
Run
Comments: I felt pretty good on the run. I wish I would have pushed the pace a bit more after the damn. Last mile is tough on this course because of the hill. What would you do differently?: Push harder on the run. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: I need to continue to get stronger on the run. As a non-natural running, training harder and smarter is going to be the only way to run faster.
