Comments: The run went really well. I would like to do more speed work for future races so I can pick it up at the end. The last two miles were killer for me. My quads hurt and I hardly had much left in me. What would you do differently?: Probably need to take in more calories earlier on through two bags of sports beans instead of just one. Post race

Got up at 4:35AM. Met up with a couple people at 5:30AM, and drove to the race site in a limo so we could all be dropped off. GREAT IDEA. Ate a cliff bar before hand.
None, got into our corral 2 minutes before gun time. Would of been nice to have had time to warm up. The sun was not up at gun-time, so standing around and walking to the site was unbearable. My body was convulsing I was so cold, but it was perfect once I started running!
