oatmeal for b-fast. 1/2 bagel and 1/2 powerbar on the way. lots of water and too much coffee.

I decided to take the first 10 minutes to get into it. then the next 35 minutes i pushed hard and tried to pass as many as possible and keep them passed.

Felt ok on the run. felt i wanted to go faster, bt everytime i tried my legs rebelled. gotta drink more at end of the bike.

just go hard form the get go...worry about the rest as it comes. treat it like a 5k.
