Comments: Not too bad for first tri. I've been swimming just once per week through winter, need to start working on speed drills. Try getting several swims per week in. What would you do differently?: Not much Transition 1
Comments: Transition was up a hill 100 or so yards. didn't push too hard. What would you do differently?: Nothing at this point Bike
Comments: I've enjoyed mountain biking this year, I haven't even been out on my road bike yet, may do a couple of mountain bike tri's this year, Xterra? What would you do differently?: Poor gear changing on some steeper inclines, I need to improve on that Transition 2
Comments: I'm not sure where the T2 ended and running started. I don't have biking shoes for my trail bike so T2 was fairly straight forward. I did stop to have some goo and water to wash it down. What would you do differently?: Nothing this early in season Run

Warm down: walk, shade, stretched What limited your ability to perform faster: I'm slow Event comments: I actually enjoyed this alot. This is a benefit tri for a homeless clinic.
