couldn't get wetsuit off, real trouble with left leg and being tired from swim made it harder to power off. shoe folded inward on right foot cause slight delay getting up to speed and didn't get corrected so slight irritation.
What would you do differently?:

consider putting bike shoes on feet and running in them out of transition.

firts oly distance tri and only 3rd tri, so thought I did good.
goals were: 1. under 3 hrs 2. under 2.45
met all goals, amazed at number of fast men in my age div.
