Swim
  • 17m 26s
  • 656 yards
  • 02m 40s / 100 yards
Comments:

I did the breast stroke again. I need to work on the crawl bad...

Thie swim actually took 16 minutes, but the 200 yard barefoot run is really a poor setup.
What would you do differently?:

Need new goggles mine aren't sealing against my face
Transition 1
  • 02m 46s
Comments:

This was T1 and T2
What would you do differently?:

Nothing. I made this my long transition so my run to bike was very short

  • 12.8 miles
  • 18.25 mile/hr
Comments:

I prefer the traditional Sprint. this Swim -> Bike -> Run -> Bike -> Run i'm not so sure about. I would rather stay on my bike the full 12.8 I would hav avg 20mph easy Just when I got in my groove, it was time to get off the bike. Assuming 20mph this cost me an est. 4:30 Easy
What would you do differently?:

Mount faster
Dismount without losing speed
Transition 2
  • 01m 7s
Comments:

T3

T4

Helmet Off

GO!
What would you do differently?:

Not much
Run
  • 27m 16s
  • 3.1 miles
  • 08m 48s  min/mile
Comments:

Run at least 7:30 miles Splitting up the run made this harder
What would you do differently?:

Run Fast of course
Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster:

Too many transitions, need to get better at staying mentally focused for a long period of time

Event comments:

I take a few things from this race

1. I took 4+ minutes off my time with 2 extra transitions
2. Transition Practice
3. I prefer the Swim -> Bike -> Run
4. Went from 221 overall to 84th overall
Next Tri Indian Springs June 23rd. I am shooting for 1:15 Beleive That!
