Comments: I prefer the traditional Sprint. this Swim -> Bike -> Run -> Bike -> Run i'm not so sure about. I would rather stay on my bike the full 12.8 I would hav avg 20mph easy Just when I got in my groove, it was time to get off the bike. What limited your ability to perform faster: Too many transitions, need to get better at staying mentally focused for a long period of time Event comments: I take a few things from this race 1. I took 4+ minutes off my time with 2 extra transitions 2. Transition Practice 3. I prefer the Swim -> Bike -> Run 4. Went from 221 overall to 84th overall Next Tri Indian Springs June 23rd. Got up at 5:15 and Ate a bowl of cereal. Drank 1 pint of water. Put the bike on the back of the car and packed my bag, and wrote down my transition plan.
