Comments: Definitely my strongest part of the tri. Will continue to swim at least 2x per week, but really need to focus on the bike. Transition 1
Bike
Comments: Didn't seem like a hard course, but I just couldn't get it going. My 4th lap seemed to be my strongest and I really seemed to make up ground on the 4th lap. Don't know why I waited so long, or if everyone else just got slower. What would you do differently?: I need a bike computer, shoes, and a lot more training on the bike. Transition 2
Run
Comments: Was very well hydrated - didn't need anything at the aid stations. PAce was good (just under 7:45), but I think I could've pushed it more. Slow start and I hate running in loose gravel. What would you do differently?: Run a little faster. Post race
