Pre-race dinner: Majestic Cafe: Trout and shell fish, green beens, rice.
Breakfast: Banna, Cliff bar, Gator aid, Meal replacement shake.

Rank not true reflection of race (times were adjusted because a train slowed down people on the bike. Time was subtracted from some of the run times. I did not get stopped by the train.)

Run faster. Get mentally toughter.
