Comments: Woah, this is waaaaaaaaay too detailed. I don't even know my time. I was out third behind two guys. It hurt a lot. What would you do differently?: Need to work on my ab muscles. Otherwise my stomach gets upset. Transition 1
Bike
Comments: Should probably drink more and have a Gu during this. Speed range was 7-32 mph thanks to wind. I was happy not to crash in the crosswinds. FIRST RACE EVER where I passed people and held it on the bike leg, probably thanks to starting in the last wave, instead of heading out of the swim ahead of everyone. Transition 2
Run
What would you do differently?: I really need to get a sports watch so I can time these things. And again, ab work needed to stave off nausea, also bricks. Post race

Swim in Folsom, run in Auburn, and stand in the rain all day cheering for Dan's AR-50. More exercise that evening and a pasta eating contest. Sleep 8 hours. Eat oatmeal.
Ride 1-2 miles on bike course to check out wind. About 400 yard warmup before swim start.
