Awoke at 4:30 and had breakfast (waffles and coffee) Left for Lakeville at 5 am

The sun certianly cooed me by the end as did the wind.
What would you do differently?:

Drink more latter in the ride. Also eat more and stretch at the rest stops

Warm down:

Randell was waiting for me so we hung out a bit. I walked around, bought some merchandise and then hit the road home

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Better conditioning. My knees were getting sore by the end and I had a hamstring cramp in the making on my left side
